Free next day on Orders over £25+VAT

 

Order before 4.30pm (Monday to Friday) and the order will be packed that day for delivery the very next working day. If the order is less than £25 + VAT then a standard dleivery charge of £4.95 + VAT will be applied to you order. 

All our deliveries are made by a reputable courier firm and are covered by insurance for loss damage or theft. Should the goods not reach you, and then we will refund you or replace the item for you, free of charge.

The delivery charges above apply to the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight.

 

Delivery the Scottish islands, the Isle of Man, and the Isles of Scilly.


There may be an extra charge for delivering to some remote postcodes. We'll tell you immediately if this applies to your order, and won't process it without you final approval. Please prior to ordering for an exact delivery cost.

 

Delivery to the Channel Islands

 

We can deliver VAT-Free to the Channel Islands. Please call us to place your order and we will be happy to deduct the VAT.

 

Delivery Information


Our Drivers will always need a signature for delivery of goods. Please ensure that someone is at the delivery address to take delivery of the goods. If nobody is at the address a card will be left, and you can contact the courier to arrange a redelivery on a different date, or you can even collect from our warehouse if you wish to do so.
Our drivers have to deliver to the exact address on the order, goods will not be left with neighbours, or behind the dustbin. We demand our delivery service is made to the highest possible standard to ensure that you receive your goods safely.

Please note, our offices are closed over the weekend and on bank holidays. Any Express Delivery items ordered on these days will be dispatched on the next working day with delivery taking place the day after.

 

Receive goods, which you didn’t order?


We are humans, and sometimes we make mistakes. We have around 30,000 products in stock and on a very rare occasion we may send out the wrong product. If this happens to you, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for the goods to be collected, free of charge of course, and the correct goods will be dispatched to you immediately.

 

Change of address?


Have you recently moved home or premises? For whatever reason, it’s easy to change your address, just log into your account and add an address. Then choose this as your delivery address during checkout. Alternatively, give us a call and one of our friendly staff will be on hand to help you out.

 

Not received your order?


If you have not received your order when expected, please log into your account and it will provide your with an up to date shipping status, alternatively you can email us, or call us on 01323 500 999 9am-5pm Monday to Friday for more detailed information.

 

Returns


If your order something which isn’t as you expected, it doesn’t meet your needs or you simply no longer require it, then you can return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund.
All goods must be in unopened in a resaleable condition. We ask is that your item is in its original, unopened, packaging without any markings, goods which are returned that do not match, are unfit for resale or do not match the returns requested will not be credited. Please note any unwanted items which are returned will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us by telephone, or 
email, and we'll give you a returns number. Please return the item to us safely, and a refund will be issued within 14 days.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is correct, if you receive an item which is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Due to health and safety reasons we're unable to take back any food or drink items, biscuits, coffee and water, etc.
