Courier delays affecting some orders
Due to pressure on the UK’s courier network and a shortage of drivers, some deliveries might take an extra day to arrive. Currently, 85% of orders are being delivered within 1-2 working days to most UK addresses.
Please be aware that next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed at the moment.
How much does delivery cost?
As a general rule, we deliver to local East Sussex addresses using our own vans. This is why our local delivery service charges are minimal. For those deliveries further afield we use an approved national courier service which is why the cost is listed below as "dependent on weight & dimensions".
Furniture is generally free to a mainland UK destination and bulkier items are also exempt from the below costs as these will be subject to weight and dimensions. Please refer to the delivery charge during the checkout process for up-to-date information.

When can I expect delivery?
Items which are in stock and ordered before 5pm Monday to Friday will be delivered within 1-2 working days.*
Our Drivers will always need a signature for delivery of goods. Please ensure that someone is at the delivery address to take delivery of the goods. If nobody is at the address, a card will be left and you can contact the courier to arrange a redelivery on a different date, or you can even collect from our warehouse if you wish to do so.
Our drivers have to deliver to the exact address on the order - goods will not be left with neighbours or behind the dustbin. We demand our delivery service is made to the highest possible standard to ensure that you receive your goods safely.
*Working days are Monday - Friday. We are closed during bank holidays. Any Express Delivery items ordered on these days will be dispatched on the next working day with delivery taking place the day after. Deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm. Furniture, large items, and deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take longer. Delivery timescales & prices are shown clearly in the checkout.
Receive goods that you didn't order?
We are humans, and sometimes we make mistakes. We have around 30,000 products in stock and on a very rare occasion we may send out the wrong product. If this happens to you, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for the goods to be collected, free of charge of course, and the correct goods will be dispatched to you immediately.
Not received your order?
If you have not received your order when expected, please log into your account and it will provide you with an up to date shipping status, alternatively, you can email us, or call us on 01323 500 999 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday for more detailed information.
Need to change your address?
Have you recently moved home or premises? For whatever reason, it’s easy to change your address, just log into your account and add an address. Then choose this as your delivery address during checkout. Alternatively, give us a call and one of our friendly staff will be on hand to help you out.
