How do I return something?

If you order something which isn’t as you expected, it doesn’t meet your needs or you simply no longer require it, then you can return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Simply call us on 01323 500999 and we will arrange a collection.

 

What happens next?

We ask that you ensure that the products and packaging are in the same condition you received them in and ready for collection. This collection will be made as soon as possible. Once collected we will process the return and the refund will be issued within 14 days.

 

Exceptions and conditions

  • All goods must be unopened in a resaleable condition. We ask that your item is in its original, unopened, packaging without any markings, goods which are returned that do not match, are unfit for resale or do not match the returns requested will not be credited.
  • Unwanted items which are returned are subject to a 25% restocking charge. 
  • Due to health and safety reasons, we're unable to take back any food or drink items, biscuits, coffee, water, etc unless they are faulty.
  • We are unable to take back dated products (diaries, calendars, wall planners, etc) and bespoke, made-to-order products.
  • Refunds are made excluding any courier charges which may be applicable.
  • Collection will be attempted up to three times, after which we cannot issue credit.
