How to Initiate a Return

Our Returns Policy at a Glance

 

Return Window: You have 7 days from the receipt of your item(s) to initiate a return.

Reasons for Return: We accept returns if the item is not as expected, does not meet your needs, or is no longer required.

Condition of Items:

  • All items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  • Products must be in the same condition as received and in a resaleable condition.
  • Items not matching the returns request or unfit for resale will not be credited.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Food and drink products
  • Dated products (e.g., calendars, diaries with specific year dates)
  • Bespoke or custom-made items

Please note: For these items, all sales are final unless faulty.

 

Understanding Our Refunds Process

 

  1. Collection of Your Item(s)
  • Once your return is approved over the phone, we will arrange a collection.
  • Our courier will attempt collection up to three times. Please ensure someone is available at the agreed-upon time.
  • If collection is unsuccessful after three attempts, you may need to re-arrange at your own cost.
  1. Inspection & Processing
  • Once collected, your returned item(s) will be thoroughly inspected at our facility to ensure they meet our return conditions (unopened, original condition, resaleable).
  1. Receiving Your Refund
  • If your return meets the conditions, your refund will be processed within 14 days of the item being successfully collected.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

 

Refund Exclusions: Any original courier or shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

25% Restocking Charge for Unwanted Items: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount for items returned simply because they are no longer required or wanted (not due to fault or discrepancy). This covers handling and re-stocking costs.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or is faulty?

A: Please contact us immediately on 01323 500999 if your item arrives damaged or appears faulty. We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund in accordance with your consumer rights, and no restocking fee will apply.

 

Q: Can I return an item if I've opened the packaging but not used the product?

A: Generally, no. For a full refund (excluding restocking fees), items must be unopened and in their original, resaleable packaging. If you have opened the packaging, please call us to discuss your specific situation.

 

Q: Do you offer exchanges?

A: Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you will need to follow our returns process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

 

Q: How long does it take for the refund to show in my account?

A: Once we process the refund (within 14 days of collection), it can take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing times.

 

Q: What if I am unable to be home/at the workplace for the collection?

A: Our courier will attempt collection up to three times. If you anticipate being unavailable, please call us as soon as possible to reschedule and avoid delays.
