  4. Take breaks. Get up and move around every 20-30 minutes to avoid getting too sedentary. Take a longer break for lunch and do something you enjoy, such as going for a walk or reading a book. Do something which is different from work. For instance, if you work in an office behind a screen, don’t spend your lunch break staring at a mobile or tablet, instead try getting outside or doing something physical.
  5. Say no. We’re not expecting you to shut down opportunities, we just believe that you shouldn’t be afraid to say no to extra work or commitments if you don't have the time or energy, regardless of what the people pleaser inside you is telling you to say.
  6. Take time for yourself. Make sure to schedule time for activities that you enjoy, such as spending time with family and friends, exercising, or pursuing hobbies.
  7. Get enough sleep. Most adults need around 7-8 hours of sleep per night. Tracking how much you sleep and the quality of your rest can contribute to feeling a better sense of wellbeing.
  8. Eat a healthy diet. Eating healthy foods will give you the energy you need to be productive and feel your best. Prepping lunches instead of grabbing something on the go can not only help you to ensure healthy eating but also can save you money!
